Qualified to value all classes of property within Victoria Jonathan has 18 years experience in valuations.
In 2002 Jonathan commenced full time study at RMIT University (Melbourne) undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Property). Whilst still completing his Bachelor degree in 2004, he gained employment with a valuation firm, assisting Senior Valuers in valuing a wide range of property within the Sale, Maffra, Traralgon, Morwell, Moe and Churchill region. In December 2005, Jonathan successfully completed his degree and gained employment with Central Gippsland Valuations undertaking valuations for mortgage purposes, financial reporting, statutory (rating) and insurance replacement purposes. In 2006 he was accepted as an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute. In 2010 alongside fellow director Steven Bailey, he established Gippsland Property Valuations. During this time Jonathan has undertaken a range of valuations on behalf of Government organisations, financiers and private clients for residential, commercial, industrial and rural properties. His in-depth knowledge of property markets within the Gippsland region ensures his clients receive the best possible advice.

Qualified to value all classes of property within Victoria, Steven has 47 years experience in valuations.
Commencing in 1972 with the Valuer-Generals Office Steven undertook valuations of all classes of property for a variety of purposes throughout Victoria. In 1979 he became the sole employee of the North Gippsland Valuation Group being responsible for valuations of the Shires of Maffra, Rosedale & City of Sale. Steven became the principal and business owner of Central Gippsland Valuations in 1994. During this time he completed valuations on various types of properties for a wide range of purposes including but not limited to mortgage, compensation, acquisition, insurance, financial reporting and family law settlements. In 2010 alongside fellow director Jonathan Barnett., he established Gippsland Property Valuations. His broad valuation experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, rural and specialist properties, throughout the Gippsland region.

Qualified to value all classes of property within Victoria, Daniel has 10 years experience in valuations. In 2010 Daniel commenced full time study at Deakin University (Melbourne) undertaking a Bachelor of Property & Real Estate (Management). In November 2012, he successfully completed his degree with distinction and was accepted as a Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute in April 2013. During this time he was employed as an Assistant Valuer with CJA Lee Property Pty Ltd. Experience was gained predominantly assisting Senior Valuers in valuing a wide range of property for a variety of purposes within the Gippsland region, particularly within the municipalities of Latrobe and Wellington. In 2013 Daniel moved to a position as Valuer with Gippsland Property Valuations in Sale. Now fully qualified Daniel works across the Sale, Maffra, Heyfield, Rosedale, Traralgon, Morwell, Churchill and Moe regions undertaking residential, commercial, retail and rural valuations on behalf of Government and private sector clients.

In 2002 Abby commenced full time study at RMIT University (Melbourne) undertaking a Bachelor of Business (Property). Whilst still completing her Bachelor degree in 2004, she gained employment as an Assistant Valuer with PH Crane & Associates. During this time Abby gained experience by predominantly assisting Senior Valuers in valuing a wide range of property for a variety of purposes within the Gippsland region, particularly within the Bairnsdale, Paynesville, Lakes Entrance and Orbost region. In December 2005, she successfully completed her degree with distinction and was accepted as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute in October 2006. In 2007 order to expand her valuation experience, moved to a position as a Valuer/Surveyor with Colliers CRE in London. Working in the residential development team, she undertook valuations for mortgage purposes for residential development sites, of low and high density, including mixed used developments (retail and residential). In 2010 Abby moved to a position as Valuer with Gippsland Property Valuations in Sale, undertaking valuations within the Bairnsdale, Paynesville, Lakes Entrance and Orbost region. Abby has been engaged by private sector and Government clients to complete valuations for residential, commercial, retail, rural and specialist properties.
